Located in an industrial center near Druid Hill Park, this project provides an office expansion for a growing refuse company. The office expansion was built within a storage warehouse and consists of a new entry, reception area, conference room, offices and a break room. The entry is highlighted by a one-of-a-kind reception desk custom-built from a dumpster and capped with a granite counter. Conference room and offices were laid out along a central hallway with internal windows for increased visibility.
